Central Talent Team

This team provides a range of behavioural development programmes to enable everyone to reach their potential. From award-winning management development to personal effectiveness training, we continually develop a range of learning and development courses to suit every need.

Grow Our Own

We run a number of award-winning management and leadership programmes. We currently promote 60% of our managers from within and our goal is to increase this to 70% by continually providing opportunities for people to fast-track their development, for example through our range of ‘Grow Our Own’ initiatives and mentoring schemes.

Induction Hub

All new employees have access to our Induction Hub. This takes you through everything you need to know to be able to understand the wider business and feel part of us from day one. Your manager will also work with you to ensure you have clear goals and support as you move forward.
